Product Description

Food grade liquid silicone features:

How to use:
1, food grade liquid silica gel A.B two components by weight 1:1 mix and stir evenly (electronic scale is more accurate)
2, then the stirred silica gel is placed in the vacuum machine, vacuum defoaming (the container loaded with silicone does not need to be filled, in order to avoid bubbles when the silicone overflow the container, no bubbles indicate that the completion of defoaming is complete)
3. Pour or inject the defrosting silicone into the mold (before pouring, wipe the detergent or release agent in the mold first so that it is better to release the mold).
4, after the completion of the above steps, the time of silica gel at room temperature is 2-12 hours to completely cure; At a temperature of 80-120 degrees, it can be completely cured in tens of minutes.
5, warm tips: The operation of food grade liquid silicone should be separated from the container that uses over-condensed silicone (industrial grade), and the silicone should be operated with an unused over-condensed silicone mold.
